We were awarded the contract to carry out the demolition and fit out works in this former Leysian Mission building in East Central London. The works compromised a complete strip out and layout change to open plan, bespoke solid oak library with bookcase/ staircase to mezzanine, Shaker kitchen incorporating rotating copper clad table.

We liaised very closely with the project architects and clients to execute the desired scheme.

The specification in the apartment included:

JOINERY: Bespoke wardrobes to bedroom with full width hanging clothes and feature storage shelves and drawers to master bedroom, bespoke solid oak Shaker kitchen with rotating copper table, solid oak library with integrated lighting and integrated staircase to mezzanine, oak floors throughout, bespoke under stairs pull out storage piece.

ELECTRICS: Underfloor heating, downlighters to all areas, concealed LED lights to structural steel framework, shaver sockets to bathroom, video entry phone system, TV/FM/Satellite, telephone points.

SHOWER ROOM: Sanitary ware compromising wall mounted WC with dual flush control, furniture wall mounted wash basin, glass shower enclosure and shower platform, underfloor heating.
